TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms:

· The rental agreement is between the car rental company and the renter, who must meet the minimum age, license requirements, and form of valid payment.
· The car rental company reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone who fails to meet the requirements or is deemed unfit to drive.

Reservation and Payment:

· A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation, and a pre-authorization or deposit of 20% will be held on the card.
· The renter will be charged for the full rental period regardless of whether the vehicle is used for the entire duration.
· Additional charges, such as tolls, fuel, taxes, and optional extras, will be added to the final rental cost.
· Payment must be made by a major credit card or other approved payment methods accepted by the car rental company.

Insurance (Residing in U.S.):

· The renter is required to have a valid insurance policy that covers rental vehicles.
· The renter may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle not covered by insurance, up to the full value of the vehicle.

Vehicle Usage and Restrictions:

· The rented vehicle must be used only by the renter and any additional authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.
· The vehicle should not be used for any illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or towing.
· Smoking and the transportation of pets are PROHIBITED in rental vehicles.
· The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with a full tank of fuel and in clean condition, to avoid additional charges.
· Car rental must stay within the Florida border.

Cancellation and Modifications:

· Cancellations should be made within 7 days to avoid penalties or charges.
· Changes to the reservation, such as the rental duration or vehicle type, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
· No-shows or failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a cancellation fee.
Liability and Indemnity:
· The car rental company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
· The renter agrees to indemnify the car rental company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of the vehicle.
Termination of Agreement:
· The car rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the renter violates any of the terms and conditions.
· In case of termination, the renter must return the vehicle immediately and is responsible for any costs incurred.
